Fulfillment Policy for THE CORPORATE BOARD

Introduction

We at THE CORPORATE BOARD are committed to delivering the highest quality publication to our subscribers. Our fulfillment policy outlines the procedures and standards we follow to ensure that every issue of THE CORPORATE BOARD reaches you promptly and in pristine condition.

Subscription Plans

We offer two annual subscription plans:

Corporate Group Subscription: Provides bi-monthly issues to all directors and senior officers. Copies may be mailed directly to each individual's office or residence, emailed to each recipient as a PDF e-issue, or shipped in bulk to the corporation. (All information is kept strictly confidential.) ($3,200 for a one-year corporate (group) subscription).

Individual Subscription: Provides bi-monthly issues for one person ($630 per person for a one-year subscription).

Issues are published bi-monthly in January, March, May, July, September and November.

Order Processing

Subscription Activation

Upon receiving your subscription request, our team will process it within 3-5 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with details of your subscription and the expected delivery date of your first issue.

Credit Card Processing

Security is of the utmost importance to us. We comply with PCI standards and use Stripe as our credit card processor. Your information is handled safely when doing business with us.

Delivery Schedule

Our premium print bimonthly publication is released in the first week of every alternate month. We strive to ensure that subscribers receive their copies within the first two weeks of the release month.

Shipping Methods

We partner with reliable postal services to ensure timely delivery.

Quality Assurance

Each issue is carefully packaged to prevent damage during transit. We use high-quality materials to ensure that your copy arrives in perfect condition.

Delivery Issues

Delayed or Missing Issues

In the event of a delayed or missing issue, please contact our customer service team using our Contact Form. We will investigate the matter promptly and arrange for a replacement copy.

Damaged Copies

If you receive a damaged copy, please reach out to us by using our Contact Form, and we will send a replacement issue at no additional cost.

Subscription Management

Renewals

Annual subscriptions DO NOT automatically unless explicitly requested by the subscriber. When your subscription is nearing the end of your paid term, we mail you a reminder letter with the option to continue your subscription.

Cancellations

Our subscriptions do not automatically renew, so there is no need to cancel a subscription. It will simply expire when your paid term is up if you decide not to renew it. If not 100% satisfied with your subscription, you can cancel your subscription within 120 days of signing up or renewing by contacting our customer service team using our Contact Form. Upon cancellation, no further issues will be delivered, and any prepaid amount will be refunded on a pro-rata basis.

Address Changes

To ensure uninterrupted delivery, please inform us of any address changes by using our online Subscription Delivery Update Request Form or by calling us at (800) 884-0338 ext. 2.


Corporate Group Subscribers can make changes at any time to their subscription recipient list by using our Subscription Recipient List Update Form or by calling us at (800) 884-0338 ext. 2.
